What the estimate form collects
When you send the estimate form, we receive what you typed into it. Your name, email address and message are required. Your phone number, street address, city and state are optional, and so is a reference photo.
We also receive the services you ticked and the language the site was showing, which tells us what language to answer in.
What we do with a request
Your request is saved in our office system, where only people with a Haus Prime login can see it, and a copy reaches our office inbox by email. A photo, if you attached one, travels with that email and is stored alongside your request. You get a short confirmation at the email address you gave us.
We use what you sent to call or write back, book the visit and put the estimate together.
If you hire us
Once a job goes ahead we keep the records any contractor keeps: your contact details, the address of the property, the estimate, work orders, invoices and payments. We need them to do the work and to keep our books.
Browsing the site
The site sets no cookies for visitors. To see which pages people read, it records each page view: the page address, whether you’re on a phone or a computer, the page that sent you here, and which browser and operating system you use. A random ID kept in your browser tab, and gone when you close it, lets us tell one visit from the next. We don’t store your IP address with any of this, and none of it is linked to your name.
Your browser also remembers which language you picked, so the site opens in it next time. Clearing your browser’s site data removes it.
Companies that handle it for us
A few companies process your information on our behalf, each only to provide its service:
- Render hosts the website.
- Cloudflare carries traffic between your browser and the site.
- Supabase holds our database and the photos you send.
- Brevo delivers the emails the form sends.
Videos and links to other sites
When the portfolio shows a video hosted on YouTube or Vimeo, the player loads from that service and its own privacy policy applies. The same is true of WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and Google once you follow a link to them.
How long we keep it
We keep estimate requests and job records for as long as we need them for the job and for our business records. Page views carry no names; we keep them to see how the site is used.
Getting a copy, a correction or a deletion
Email contact@hausprimegutter.com or call (609) 619-5453 and tell us what you need. We’ll send you what we hold about you, fix what’s wrong, or delete it. The one exception is a record we have to keep, such as the invoice for a job we did.

If we change how we handle information, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
